Master Distiller Molly Troupe, with her background in biochemistry and a Master's Degree in Distillation from Heriot Watt in Scotland, leads the charge in creating exceptional bourbon. Freeland's Cask Strength Private Barrels are uniquely finished in Pacific Northwest Pinot Noir barrels, imparting additional layers of flavor and complexity to this remarkable bourbon. This program is highly limited, producing approximately 34 (6 bottle) cases per barrel, and is restricted to just 12 barrels annually.
