Copper Run Hopped Wheat Whiskey is a double distillation of Mothers Brewery Hopped Up Wheat beer that was processed in the distillerys direct fire copper pot still. It was then aged for two years in new deep char Missouri oak barrels before being bottled.
Nose: Orange Blossom, Grapefruit Zest, Pine, Multi-Grain.
Palate: Hops, Granola, Toasted Oak, Spice, Pepper.
Finish: Long lasting, hop bitterness with hints of cedar and blackberry.
